Ford Credit is part of Ford Motor Company. If you financed a vehicle through Ford Credit between 2007 and 2024, your agreement may fall within the FCA's redress scheme.
Ford Credit is the captive finance arm of Ford Motor Company in the UK, operating through Ford's franchised dealer network. Given Ford's status as the UK's best-selling car brand for most of the scheme period, Ford Credit was one of the most active captive lenders by transaction volume. Broad market lenders including Black Horse, Close Brothers, and Santander also wrote significant Ford finance volumes through the dealer network and independent outlets.
