Our approach

The FCA's redress scheme is the right route for most people with a motor finance claim. But not everyone. Some agreements, particularly those involving very high undisclosed commission, may produce a better outcome through independent legal action rather than the scheme.

We will always tell you which route fits your situation. We trace historic finance agreements going back to 2007, handle all correspondence with lenders, and only charge a fee if your claim succeeds. Every case is supervised by a regulated solicitor.

Regulation and complaints

My PCP Claim is a trading style of Proximo Legal Services Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, SRA number 591916.

You do not need to use a law firm to make a motor finance claim. You can complain directly to your lender or refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free.

Where No Win, No Fee is offered, you pay nothing unless your claim succeeds. A success fee may apply of up to 30% plus VAT if the matter settles before court proceedings begin, or up to 40% plus VAT after court proceedings have started, calculated on the amount recovered for you.
